By agreeing to use Abidko Services, you agree to the terms and conditions as described below:
I understand that the Abidko is a middleman/agent to assist your online purchases in Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
I understand that Abidko has the following Yahoo ID to execute bids.
In Yahoo Japan, abidko_inc and happybidjp
In Yahoo Taiwan, abidkotw
In Ruten, abidkotw
In Yahoo Hongkong, abidko_hk
I understand that every product/item/merchandise comes with a valid URL
I understand that it is my full responsibilites to comprehend the item’s details like price, descriptions and pictures that were presented to me.
I understand that Abidko is disclaimed from any liabilities arises or/and arising on the product/item/merchandise that was misleaded by the seller/store.
I understand that upon comprehension of the item details and entrusted the purchasing to Abidko, the latter will request deposit via Paypal or any other preferred mode of transfer to start the purchasing on my behalf.
I understand that once Abidko has completed my purchase sucessfully, deposit will be forwarded to the official invoice. Failure to make payment on official invoice will lead to forfeit of deposit without any prejudice.
I understand that if Abidko failed to win the bid, deposit will be refunded upon my request.
I understand that if Abidko has won the bid and if i would like to cancel the won bids, the deposit will restrictly not be refunded in whatsoever reasons. This is the final decision and we will not entertain your excuses.
I understand that all taxes, levy that were to be imposed by the local custom is entirely my responsibilites.
