Bid Price:
This is the bid price won.

Bank Transfer Fee:
This is the fee for us to send payment to the seller in Japan. If you win more than 2 items on the same day with the same seller, you need to pay only one time bank transfer fee.For amount below 30,000yen, it will be 500yen.
For amount above 30,000yen, it will be 1000yen

Administrative Fee:
This the fee charged for labour handling & packing.
Handling refers to closely monitoring your auction, bid on the actual day
Packing refers to labour used to check items shipped to our office and repack it.
Minimally charge will be 500Yen per auction basis.

Domestic Shipping:
Normally, the range is 210 - 2020 yen.(It costs more for heavy items) We inform you the accurate domestic shipping after your items reach our office.

In Japan and Taiwan, domestic postage will be used to deliver the items to our offices.

In Hong kong, Meet-up for collection is preferred, and the charges will be HKD 60.

Commission:
This is the fee charged for using our proxy purchase service at Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Please see table below

EMS:
As for international shipping, we would only use Express Mail Service (EMS). EMS enable you to track your package accurately under shipment, and you would be compensated for the damage or loss. It takes 2 to 3 working days to reach you. It is safe and efficient.

Packing Materials:
Damages during international shipping is inevitable and thus Abidko takes pride in securing your items with strong bubble wrapping, styloform and used/new carton boxes.

Other Expenses:
There may be some extra fees incurred with your auction that will not be included

These may/may not include the following:

3% Yahoo fee that seller has charged us.
5% sales tax that seller has charged us.
Handling Fee that seller has charged us.
Surcharge for items that use more time & supplies to pack than normal
$20 late payment fee.
20% penalty fee for leaving items in the warehouse over 60 days without
requesting shipment.
Shipping within Japan that exceeds $10.
$20 fee for bidding on non-auction items and/or cancelling items, which
may/may not include seller’s fees of 3% and/or listing fee.
$100 penalty fee if bidding on a non-auction or cancelling an auction
results in a negative.
In accordance with our credit agreement, you will be responsible for
collection costs. (Unpaid auctions).

3 Easy Ways to Reduce Your Cost

As mentioned on the introduction page, MOST sellers in Yahoo! Japan Auction, Hong kong and Taiwan refuse to ship internationally. Nevertheless, at Abidko, we aim to deliver the cheapest cost for you.

We would request the sellers if they could ship directly to you without going through our office, thus saving you the domestic shipping. However, we do not guarantee if seller would ship to you directly. You can opt for this choice.

If the sellers agree with the request, we would charge 100yen per auction.
If you’ve won items from the same seller for 2 consective days.
Commission will be charged as per total amount of bids won.
If you’ve won a few items from different sellers during 1 day,
Commission will be charged as per total amount of bids won.We strive to deliver the best service to you!
