If your item is mishandled and damage in the midst of postage, please TAKE digital photos immediately and contact your local post office without any delay. They would advise you on the correct procedures.
The insured amount may take 6 months to proceed.

Items that are marked JUNK, AS-IS, or NO CLAIM in your auctions.
Electronics that do not work for any other reason aside from shipping mishandling.
Fraudulent claims.
