Please do not worry of the “???@@##$$%%#” that is displaying on your computer screen. Technology is so advanced now. To display the characters properly, please follow the instructions as below:

If not, please follow carefully

To display proper Japanese characters:
Open your Internet Explorer > View > Encoding > More > Japanese (Auto Select)

To display proper Taiwan and Hong Kong Chinese characters:
Open your Internet Explorer > View > Encoding > More > Chinese Traditional (BIG 5)

To display proper China Chinese characters:
Open your Internet Explorer > View > Encoding > More > Chinese Simplified (HZ)
